These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Project Labs LLC, the operator of CrowdTemp ("CrowdTemp," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of CrowdTemp (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using CrowdTemp, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use CrowdTemp. If you are under 18, you may only use CrowdTemp with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep that information current.

CrowdTemp, including its software, design, branding, and original content, is owned by Project Labs LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CrowdTemp for its intended purpose.
Posts, articles, comments, and market data displayed within CrowdTemp come from third-party sources and remain the property of their respective authors and publishers. We display this content for informational and analytical purposes.
Sentiment scores, temperature values, and other outputs generated by CrowdTemp are produced by our software. You may share these outputs but may not claim them as original work or remove attribution where present.
When you share CrowdTemp content, such as temperature scores, screenshots, or embedded widgets, you are responsible for the context in which you share it. You agree not to share CrowdTemp content in a way that misrepresents what it shows, targets or harasses any person, or implies endorsement by CrowdTemp.
Paid subscriptions to CrowdTemp automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for unused subscription time or accounts cancelled before the end of a billing period.
We may modify subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Continued use of CrowdTemp after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
We work to keep CrowdTemp available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. CrowdTemp may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control.
We may add, modify, or remove features at any time without prior notice. We may also suspend or discontinue CrowdTemp entirely with reasonable advance notice where practicable.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. CrowdTemp disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Sentiment scores and temperature values are estimates derived from public data and automated analysis. They are not financial, investment, legal, medical, or professional advice. We make no representation that the Service or its outputs are accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose. You should not rely on the Service as the sole basis for any significant decision.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrowdTemp and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
Our total cumulative liability for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You may stop using CrowdTemp and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason we determine appropriate.
Upon termination, your right to access CrowdTemp ends immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including those relating to ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action arising out of or related to these Terms or CrowdTemp must be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice through CrowdTemp or by email. Your continued use of CrowdTemp after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
