This Privacy Policy explains how Project Labs LLC, the operator of CrowdTemp ("CrowdTemp," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use CrowdTemp. By using CrowdTemp, you agree to the practices described here.
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address. You may also choose to add a display name and avatar.
Activity information. We log the searches you make, the topics you save, and the topics you track. If you are signed in, this information is associated with your account.
Payment information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. We receive a customer identifier and subscription status, but never your full card details.
Technical information. When you access CrowdTemp, our servers and service providers receive standard request data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and referring URL. We use this information for security, troubleshooting, and rate limiting. It is not stored long-term.
We do not use advertising trackers, cross-site cookies, fingerprinting, or analytics tools that follow you across the web.

Sign-in uses email magic links rather than passwords. When you sign in, we send a one-time link to your email address. There are no passwords for us to store or for anyone to steal.
We work with a small number of service providers that help us operate CrowdTemp. Each receives only the information it needs to perform its function and is contractually obligated to handle that information appropriately. These providers include:
We do not sell or share your personal information for monetary value or for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CrowdTemp, our users, or others.
If CrowdTemp is acquired by or merged with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. If this happens, we will notify you and continue to treat your information consistent with this policy.
CrowdTemp aggregates public posts, articles, comments, and market data from social platforms, news aggregators, video platforms, and prediction market sites, accessed through their public APIs. We do not access private accounts, private messages, or content behind login walls.
When you delete your account, we remove your profile information, saved topics, and tracked topics. Aggregate analytics derived from past activity may remain.
While signed in, you can view your saved topics, tracked topics, and search history at any time.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under California law, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion of personal information we hold about you, the right to correct inaccurate personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
We respond to verifiable requests within 45 days. In some cases, we may need an additional 45 days to respond, in which case we will let you know.
CrowdTemp does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals because there is no consistent industry standard for how such signals should be interpreted.
All traffic to and from CrowdTemp is encrypted using HTTPS. Account data is stored by a reputable provider that maintains industry-standard security practices. While we work to protect your information, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
CrowdTemp is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice through CrowdTemp or by email. Your continued use of CrowdTemp after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
